23rd April 2013 – Another couple of Poms…

From the shelter this morning I had a single pale Pom going in at 0935hrs, and then another one came in at 1025hrs. I love it when the Poms turn into the into the wind and hang there for a few moments allowing you to get a good look at their ‘spoons’. I didn’t see any other skuas at all, or any Kitts for that matter, but there were a couple of Fulmars, a single 1st summer Little Gull and 3 Manxies – including one that was sitting on the water, and regularly getting harrassed by larger gulls.
