Surprised to find a Ruff feeding alongside Curlews in a flooded field earlier today…
Masses of Pinks about, but there seems to be fewer Whitefronts amongst the birds currently on show, all I could find were 2 Greenland Whitefronts and 5 European birds. I was also able to read the letters TVT on a neck-collared Pink (record already on its way)…
In the garden a handful of Siskins have arrived right on cue including a metal-ringed bird.
The recent spring-like conditions have seen both Tree Sparrows and Great Tits inspecting my nest boxes, it would be great to see our Tree Sparrows using them again this year…
Plus the usual suspects…

Tree Sparrow shots are superb! Well done.
